Shipping  :

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination (your location) and will be added to the purchase.  This price will be the final price for shipping charges to the customer.

Shipments are made by post:
The delivery time will be 1 to 2 working days for all orders placed in Belgium.

Outside Belgium, in Europe, 3 to 7 working days.

Returns and Refunds  :

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

If you wish to return your order, we are here to help!

We gladly accept returns and refunds, as long as the time frame is met.  The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

A return and refund requested due to a change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

However, all returns due to a defective item will of course be possible, and will be subject to  Mini Cupid's  cost of liability.  Once the item is received by us, we will carry out a product check.  We will test the product in quality control.

This is to determine whether the product is defective.  Upon determining that the item is defective due to us, an exchange for a new one  ;  or a refund will be possible.
